ORDERS
All our products are individually handmade to order therefore no two items will be exactly identical.
Ribbon, bag & envelope colours may vary. Font styles may also differ from those pictured.
We aim to post orders out within 3-5 working days of receiving them however we may have a short waiting list at busy seasonal or sale times so please bear this in mind when placing your order to avoid disappointment.
You are more than welcome to send a message confirming when you would need your order by, we do understand after all, that a personalised celebration card or gift is no longer of any use after the celebration date has passed.
We promise to work 100% as quickly as we possibly can!
PERSONALISED WORDING & NAMES
Please double check your spellings before you checkout. Unfortunately once orders have been printed, it is not possible for them to be altered in any way, unless of course the mistake is our own then in which case a replacement will be sent out to you ASAP.
POSTAGE COSTS
Postage is set at a flat rate of £2.95 per order no matter the size or total amount.
Digital orders are free of any postal charges of course.
All parcels are sent via a Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 working days but do allow for delays at busy, seasonal or disrupted strike times.
Please note at this time we only deliver to the UK at this time.
A confirmation dispatch email will be sent to let you know when your parcel is on its way to you.
Great care is taken in preparing your order for its journey and parcels always leave in a pristine condition from our HQ.
If a parcel seems delayed in getting to you please check with your local post office first to make sure it isn't sat waiting for you there before getting in contact so we can take the matter further with Royal Mail.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
As all items are personalised to suit then we are unable to provide a returns policy unless the mistake is of course our own in which case a replacement will be sent out to you as soon as possible.
