Privacy Policy

INTRODUCTION                                                                                                                                                                                                               This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share your information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy, Not On The High Street, Folksy, PayPal, Facebook or their related sites & services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including those names mentioned above or any third party services you access through them. You can reference their own individual Privacy Policies directly.

WHAT DATA DO I COLLECT?                                                                                                                                                                              To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information, a phone number for a custom order of birthday invitations for example.

3. WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW I USE IT                                                                                                            I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information; in order for me to fulfill your order, to settle disputes or to provide customer support. I must also comply with legal obligations such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law and as necessary for the purpose of me to comply with my obligations under the Compliance with the Etsy/Not On The High Street/Folksy or PayPal Seller Policies and Terms of Use.

DO I SHARE THIS DATA?                                                                                                                                                                                       Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances. I share them with Etsy, Not On The High Street, Folksy (if ordered from these sites) and PayPal as necessary to provide you with my services and comply with my obligations under both their Seller Policies and Terms of Use.
 I also engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my business, such as Royal Mail. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services such as delivering your order.

5. DATA RETENTION                                                                                                                                                                                                          I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal obligations such as retaining details about your purchases if required by tax law or to resolve disputes (should your parcel go missing en route for example). I generally keep your data for 2 years.

You also have the right to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information upon request at any time.
